Summary
Diabetes Mellitus is chronical illness connected with hormone Insulin. It caused some difficulties in the life and restrictions for sick people. The patients need professional advice and some supports from family and friends as well. This article is showing how the nurse can take a care of the patient to help and teach him manage with the chronical illness in the every day life. The main problems of patient according this article are: not enough knowledge of the patient, patient doesn´t want to accept his symptoms, some difficulties to have suitable diet and decrease of phisical activity. The nurse can have influence for the patient to teach them responsibility of their health.
